Died December 13, 1950 in Korea Corporal Vaughan was a member of the Construction Platoon, 2nd Signal Company, 2nd Infantry Division. He died of other causes on December 13, 1950 near Inchon, South Korea. Corporal Vaughan was awarded the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Korean Presidential Unit Citation and the Republic of Korea War Service Medal.
